2) Locate desired part of transcript

3) Click yellow highlight pen below transcript

4) Click on first line of desired clip and drag to last line

5) Click on "MAKE CLIP"

6) Click OK to confirm

7) Click "EDIT"

8) Click and move green (start) and red (end) indicators to adjust clip to exact start and end points

9) Click "DONE"

10) Click "EXPORT"

11) Save the clip to desired location on your computer or network and rename if desired

12) Open PowerPoint

13) Open or create new presentation

14) Click "INSERT" from toolbar

15) Click "MOVIES AND SOUNDS" then "MOVIE FROM FILE"

16) Locate the clip on your computer or network

17) Load file into your presentation
