How the order process Works
Click the order button for the item you need. You will fill out a form with the information we need. After
you submit the order, print the resulting web page or write the information down and send it to us
with your original video. If you
are requesting transcript synchronization services you should also include the transcript file in an acceptable format (ASCII, txt, e-transcript etc.). Transcripts must include line and page numbers. No paper transcripts can be processed. Payment can be made by credit card in the online form or just include a check or money order when you send us the original video.
